By accessing or using the Doughy Rentals marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Use of the Platform
Doughy Rentals provides a marketplace to connect property owners with prospective tenants. Listings are provided by property owners and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. All rental agreements are between the property owner and the tenant.
User Conduct
You agree to use the platform in good faith and not to submit false information, spam, or any content that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Fair Housing
All listings and rental practices must comply with the Fair Housing Act and applicable state and local fair housing laws. Discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Doughy Rentals is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to rental disputes, property conditions, or application outcomes.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
